½ cup ricotta cheese

½ cup mascarpone cheese

¼ cup heavy whipping cream
Directions
- Follow baking instructions on back of Good Dee’s Yellow Snack Cake Mix
- Once cake has cooled, take a skewer stick and make holes in the cake
- In another bowl whisk together the Cake Batter Delight Protein Shake and heavy cream and pour this mixture over the top of the cake
- Refrigerate for at least one hour before frosting (the cooler the cake the better)
- Place all frosting ingredients into a stand mixer and blend on high until mixture is thickened
- Frost, serve and top with strawberries!
