Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups Premier Protein Cake Batter Protein Shake​
  • 2/3 cup (160 g) plain Greek yogurt​
  • 2 large eggs​
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla extract​
  • 2 cups (240 g) all-purpose flour​
  • 1 tbsp + 2 tsp baking powder​
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt​

Directions

  1. Combine the protein shake, yogurt, eggs, and vanilla in a bowl, then add flour, baking powder, and salt and mix until well combined.
  2. Heat a waffle iron to medium heat. Spray with cooking spray and pour 1/2 cup of batter in the center, close, and cook until golden brown. About 3-4 minutes.
  3. Repeat with the remaining batter or refrigerate the remaining.
