- 1½ cup Pumpkin Spice Protein Shake
- ½ cup fresh pureed pumpkin
- 1 medium banana
- 1 knob fresh ginger
- 1 tbsp chai spice
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup ice cubes
Directions
- Place all ingredients in your blender for 30 seconds or until smooth.
