Pumpkin Spice Latte Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup brewed coffee, chilled
  • 1/4 cup Pumpkin Spice Protein Shake
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1 tsp mini chocolate chips
  • Optional additional protein shake (if needed)

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a jar, shake, cover and refrigerate overnight if desired.
  2. Stir in additional protein shake to desired consistency before serving and sprinkle on toppings.
