Pumpkin Spice Latte Overnight Oats
- 1/4 cup brewed coffee, chilled
- 1/4 cup Pumpkin Spice Protein Shake
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
- 1 tsp mini chocolate chips
- Optional additional protein shake (if needed)
- Place all ingredients in a jar, shake, cover and refrigerate overnight if desired.
- Stir in additional protein shake to desired consistency before serving and sprinkle on toppings.
