Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Chocolate Milkshake Protein Powder
- 1 banana
- 2 tbsp almond milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup quick oats
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
Directions
- Blend all in a blender for one minute.
- Once blended, set aside and allow the protein powder pancakes mixture to thicken.
- Heat skillet until very hot then pour small amounts of batter onto surface. Flip pancakes after approximately 2 minutes or once batter begins to bubble and edges turn light golden brown.
- Remove pancakes from skillet once golden brown and top with desired toppings.
