Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp Pumpkin Spice Premier Protein Shake
- 1 or 2 slices of bread, cubed
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 egg
- Dash cinnamon
- Drop of vanilla extract (optional)
Directions
- Cube bread and place in a buttered microwave-safe dish.
- In another cup, mix egg, Pumpkin Spice Premier Protein Shake, cinnamon, and vanilla.
- Pour over bread, press to soak.
- Microwave for 1–1½ minutes until cooked.
- Top with syrup if you like. Enjoy!
