Ingredients
- Premade mini graham cracker pie crusts
- 1 large avocado, soft/ripe
- 1 scoop Chocolate Premier Protein Powder
- ¼ cup pure maple syrup or sweetener of choice, to taste
- 2 oz dark chocolate chips, melted
- 2 tbsp raw cacao powder
- 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp salt
Toppings (optional)
- Whipped cream
- Cacao nibs or cacao
- Crushed graham crackers
- Crushed nuts
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender until completely smooth. Note: Be sure to use soft, ripe avocados.
- Spoon the chocolate mixture into the prepared pie shells, and chill until ready to serve. Finish with the toppings of your choice.
