Ingredients

  • Premade mini graham cracker pie crusts
  • 1 large avocado, soft/ripe
  • 1 scoop Chocolate Premier Protein Powder
  • ¼ cup pure maple syrup or sweetener of choice, to taste
  • 2 oz dark chocolate chips, melted
  • 2 tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Toppings (optional)

  • Whipped cream
  • Cacao nibs or cacao
  • Crushed graham crackers
  • Crushed nuts

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender until completely smooth. Note: Be sure to use soft, ripe avocados.
  2. Spoon the chocolate mixture into the prepared pie shells, and chill until ready to serve. Finish with the toppings of your choice.
