Ingredients
- 2 cups Pumpkin Spice Premier Protein Shake
- 4 cups Buttermilk Premier Protein Pancake & Waffle Mix
- 4 large eggs
- Optional: Pumpkin pie filling (for pumpkin swirl)
Directions
- Combine Pumpkin Spice Premier Protein Shake, Buttermilk Premier Protein Pancake & Waffle Mix, and eggs until just mixed.
- Pour into a greased sheet pan.
- Swirl in dollops of pumpkin pie filling, if desired.
- Bake at 425° for 15-20 minutes.
- Slice and top with maple syrup, enjoy!
