- 1 cup sliced or chopped pear (about 2 pears worth)
- ½ cup Caramel Premier Protein Shake
- ½ cup spinach
- ½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1 tbsp almond butter (optional)
- 1/2 tsp ginger powder
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 cup ice
- Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
