Ingredients
- ¼ cup Vanilla Milkshake Premier Protein Powder
- ½ cup coconut flour
- 4 oz low fat cream cheese
- ¼ cup raspberry puree
- 3 Tbsp granulated sugar
Directions
- Combine Vanilla Milkshake Premier Protein Powder, coconut flour, raspberry puree, and cream cheese, using your hands to help bring the dough together.
- Add sugar to taste.
- If mixture is too thin to hold its shape, add an additional teaspoon of coconut flour. If mixture is too thick, add an additional teaspoon of fruit puree or water.
- Roll the batter into tablespoon sized balls and refrigerate until set, at least 15 minutes.
