Directions

  1. Combine berries, corn starch, and lemon juice in microwave-safe bowl.
  2. Microwave for about 2 minutes, until berries are thawed.
  3. Combine oats, Vanilla Milkshake Premier Protein Powder, cinnamon and water.
  4. Layer oat mixture on top of berries.
  5. Microwave for another minute & let cool. Berries will thicken as they cool.
  6. Serve with a scoop of ice cream or vanilla yogurt.
