Ingredients
- 1 scoop Vanilla Milkshake Premier Protein Powder
- 1 cup frozen cherries
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/3 cup oats
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- water to reach crumble consistency (1-2 tbsp)
Directions
- Combine berries, corn starch, and lemon juice in microwave-safe bowl.
- Microwave for about 2 minutes, until berries are thawed.
- Combine oats, Vanilla Milkshake Premier Protein Powder, cinnamon and water.
- Layer oat mixture on top of berries.
- Microwave for another minute & let cool. Berries will thicken as they cool.
- Serve with a scoop of ice cream or vanilla yogurt.
