Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Pumpkin Spice Protein Shake
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • 2 bananas quartered and frozen
  • 6 cold brew frozen cubes frozen strong coffee
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • Fresh ground nutmeg

Directions

  1. Freeze bananas and cold brew ice cups overnight.
  2. Add the Pumpkin Spice Shake, frozen bananas and greek yogurt to a blender. Blend until the date is pureed.
  3. Add the rest of the smoothie ingredients and blend until smooth.
  4. Add to a bowl and top with cinnamon or any other desired toppings.
