Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Pumpkin Spice Protein Shake
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt
- 2 bananas quartered and frozen
- 6 cold brew frozen cubes frozen strong coffee
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- Fresh ground nutmeg
Directions
- Freeze bananas and cold brew ice cups overnight.
- Add the Pumpkin Spice Shake, frozen bananas and greek yogurt to a blender. Blend until the date is pureed.
- Add the rest of the smoothie ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Add to a bowl and top with cinnamon or any other desired toppings.
