  • 1/4 cup Vanilla Premier Protein Shake
  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats (or blend into oat flour for smoother texture)
  • 1/4 cup additional oat flour (or finely blended oats)
  • 1/2 cup almond butter (or any nut/seed butter)
  • 2-3 tbsp maple syrup or honey (adjust to desired sweetness)
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

Directions

  1. Combine: In a medium bowl, mix rolled oats, oat flour, almond butter, Vanilla Premier Protein Shake, and maple syrup/honey until a thick dough forms.
  2. Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips.
  3. Roll the mixture into small, bite-sized balls (about 1 inch in diameter).
  4. Place the balls in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes to help them firm up. (optional)
