Root Beer Freeze


Yield:1 serving
  • 1 Root Beer Float Shake
  • 1 cup of ice
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract
  • Sugar-free Whipped cream, for topping (optional)
  • Maraschino cherry, for topping (optional)


  1. In a blender, mix protein shake, vanilla extract, and ice until completely smooth, then pour into a glass.
  2. Top with whipped cream and a cherry before serving.
