Pumpkin Spice Mocha Latte

Ingredients

Yield:1 serving
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3/4 cup Pumpkin Spice Protein Shake
  • 1 shot black espresso (optional)
  • Sugar-free whipped topping (optional)

Directions

  1. Mix together the honey, pumpkin pie spice, and cocoa.
  2. Add Protein Shake (and espresso if using).
  3. Top with optional homemade whipped cream and a dash of pumpkin spices. Serve immediately.
