- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup Cafe Latte Protein Shake
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar (or sweetener of choice)
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Mix your dry ingredients into a medium sized saucepan then turn your heat on low.
- Add and mix in your wet ingredients and stir until thick and smooth. This will take about 10 minutes.
- Take your saucepan off the heat and stir in your vanilla extract.
- Transfer to a bowl and place in the fridge until chilled. Once chilled, add your choice of toppings and enjoy!
