- 1 Vanilla Protein Shake
- ½ tsp. turmeric
- ¼ tsp. ginger
- ½ tsp. cinnamon
- In a pot, heat protein shake, tumeric, cinnamon, and ginger until it comes to a boil.
- Let simmer for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat. You can now drink it as is or you can continue for the iced version.
- Refrigerate for a few hours or overnight. Mix well.
- Pour over a glass of ice and top with cinnamon.
