Directions

  1. In a pot, heat protein shake, tumeric, cinnamon, and ginger until it comes to a boil.
  2. Let simmer for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat. You can now drink it as is or you can continue for the iced version.
  3. Refrigerate for a few hours or overnight. Mix well.
  4. Pour over a glass of ice and top with cinnamon.
