- 1 cup Caramel Protein Shake
- Freeze one banana overnight.
- Using your blender add one cup of Caramel Protein Shake and break up the banana into small pieces.
- Blend on low until banana blends and then blend on high to get the froth going until creamy.
- Serve in a large glass and enjoy!
