Ingredients
- 2 cup Premier Protein Granola
- ¼ cup blueberries
- ¼ cup pomegranate seeds
- ⅓ cup melted dark chocolate
Directions
- In a bowl combine Premier Protein Granola, blueberries, and pomegranate seeds.
- Melt chocolate chips and stir melted chocolate until smooth.
- Pour chocolate mixture over the granola and fruit clusters and mix until coated.
- Spoon small clusters onto a parchment-lined tray.
- Refrigerate 20–30 minutes until set.
- Serve as snack clusters.
