  1. In a heat-safe bowl, mix half and half with the milk chocolate (chips) and heat for 2 minutes.
  2. After heating, take out of the bowl and give it a quick whisk. Transfer to a fondue pot with a flame underneath. Serve with fruit and pretzels on the side, for dipping.
