Café Latte Chia Pudding
- 4 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tsp coconut palm sugar to taste (optional)
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup Café Latte Protein Shake
- Combine all the dry ingredients well in a small jar or cup.
- Add the Café Latte Shake and stir with a spoon.
- Cover and set in the fridge and leave overnight.
- Top with vanilla yogurt and sprinkle with cinnamon, cocoa powder, or nutmeg. Or all of the above.
