Café Latte Chia Pudding


  • 4 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tsp coconut palm sugar to taste (optional)
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup Café Latte Shake


  1. Combine all the dry ingredients well in a small jar or cup.
  2. Add the Café Latte Shake and stir with a spoon.
  3. Cover and set in the fridge and leave overnight.
  4. Top with vanilla yogurt and sprinkle with cinnamon, cocoa powder, or nutmeg. Or all of the above.
