Rules + Terms & Conditions

BY ENTERING THE #AUTUMNPREMIERSCHALLENGE YOU AGREE PREMIER PROTEIN CAN SHARE YOUR ENTRY (Photo, Video, Text, Names, Usernames) ACROSS THEIR SOCIAL PLATFORMS.

One winner will be chosen at random each week.
(Week One, 1 Facebook winner. Week Two, One TikTok winner. Week Three, One Instagram winner. Week Four, 1 Instagram winner)

Winners will receive one case of Premier Protein Pumpkin Spice and Premier Protein merch. We will never ask for information like credit card numbers, and will only message you if you win via the verified Premier Protein Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok pages. Per Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok rules, this promotion is no way sponsored, administered or associated with Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. By entering, entrants confirm that they are at least 18 years of age, U.S. residents, release Facebook of your responsibility and agree to each platform’s terms of use. Entry and participation void where prohibited.

By participating in this challenge, entrants agree: (a) to abide by and be bound by these terms and conditions and decisions of Premier Protein (“Sponsor”) which shall be final in all respects relating to the challenge, including without limitation the interpretation of these terms and conditions; (b) to release, discharge and hold harmless the Sponsor, Premier Nutrition Company, LLC, and each of their parent, subsidiary, and affiliate companies and advertising agencies (“Released Parties”) from any and all injuries, liability, losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind including liability for personal injury or death resulting from their participation in the challenge or their acceptance, use or misuse of a prize; and (c) if a prize recipient, to the use of his/her name, voice, image and/or likenesses for advertising, publicity and other purposes by Sponsor and Sponsor's subsidiaries and affiliates without further compensation (unless prohibited by law) and to execute specific consent to such use if asked to do so. The Released Parties and are not responsible and shall not be liable for: (a) electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction; (b) unauthorized access to or alterations of materials; (c) technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions; and (d) limitations of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, any web site or any combination thereof. Sponsor is not responsible for any defect, malfunction, or any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor that may cause the challenge to be disrupted or corrupted. Sponsor is registered under the laws of the United States with headquarters in California. The California courts (state & federal) shall have sole jurisdiction of any controversies regarding the contest and the laws of the state of California shall govern the same. Each entrant waives any and all objections to jurisdiction and hereby irrevocably submits to the venue of those courts within the state of California.
