Sweepstakes Timing: The Premier Protein Shakes for Shifts x Milk Bar Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00 AM Eastern time (“ET”) on August 4, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on August 29, 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s clock is the official “timekeeper” of this Sweepstakes.
Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are registered nurses with an active license and 18 years of age or older as of date of entry. Employees of Premier Nutrition Company, LLC (“Sponsor”), and each of their parent, subsidiary, and affiliate companies and advertising and Sweepstakes agencies, including members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their spouses), regardless of where they live, and/or those living in the same household (whether related or not), of each are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
How to Enter: During the Sweepstake Period, registered nurses may visit the Sweepstakes website premierprotein.com/milk-bar (the “Website”) and complete the registration form including their first name, last name, and email address to gain one (1) Entry (“Entry”).
Limit one (1) entry per person. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void such entries and that entrant will be disqualified.
Random Drawing/Odds: Starting the week of August 4, 2025, two (2) Grand Prize winners will be randomly selected every week during the Sweepstakes Period, from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Random drawing will be overseen by the Sponsor, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the drawing. The odds of winning a Grand Prize will depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
8 Grand Prizes and Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): Eight (8) Grand Prizes consisting of one (1) Premier Protein x Milk Bar delivery, ARV per prize: $80. All federal, state and/or local income and other taxes on the prize are winner’s sole responsibility. Grand Prize winners will be contacted by email and prizes will be shipped to the mailing addresses provided by winners within approximately 1 to 2 weeks following the random drawing. Should the Sponsor be unable to ship the prize or contact the winner with the information provided on the registration form, Sponsor reserves the right to determine an alternate or allow the prize to go unawarded. Return of any prize as undeliverable may result in disqualification and alternate selection. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize with one of comparable or greater value should the prize become unavailable for any reason. Sponsor shall not have any responsibility or liability whatsoever for any property loss, damage, personal injury, or death, in connection with any prize provided pursuant to the Sweepstakes and/or any person’s participation in the Sweepstakes.
General Rules: By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree: [a] to abide by and be bound by these Terms and Conditions and decisions of Sponsor which shall be final in all respects relating to the Sweepstakes, including without limitation the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions; [b] to release, discharge and hold harmless the Sponsor, Premier Nutrition Company, LLC, and each of their parent, subsidiary, and affiliate companies and advertising and Sweepstakes agencies (“Released Parties”) from any and all injuries, liability, losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind including liability for personal injury or death resulting from their participation in the Sweepstakes or their acceptance, use or misuse of a prize; and [c] if a prize recipient, to the use of his/her name, voice, image and/or likenesses for advertising, publicity and Sweepstakes all purposes by Sponsor and Sponsor's subsidiaries and affiliates without further compensation (unless prohibited by law) and to execute specific consent to such use if asked to do so. The Released Parties and are not responsible and shall not be liable for [a] electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction; [b] unauthorized access to or alterations of materials; [c] technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions; and [d] limitations of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, any web site or any combination thereof. Sponsor is not responsible for any defect, malfunction, or any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted. In addition, Sponsor shall not have any liability under any legal theory to entrant if he/she has not complied with these Terms and Conditions and/or is not eligible for participation in the Sweepstakes. If, for any reason whatsoever, this Sweepstakes, in Sponsor's sole opinion, is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, by reason of pandemic, travel restrictions, strikes, natural disasters, equipment tampering, fraud, or any other cause which, in the Sponsor's sole judgment, corrupts or affects the security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes on the day of the event, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Sweepstakes and award the prizes from among all eligible entries received at the event prior to cancellation (if any). In the event of termination, a notice will be posted at the event (to the extent feasible).
Sponsor may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Sweepstakes or receiving a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants, Sponsor, or its agents. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY'S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
PRIVACY: Except as otherwise contemplated in these Terms and Conditions, and to the extent entrants may otherwise elect at the time of Entry, personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with the online privacy policy of the Sponsor. GOVERNING LAW & VENUE: Sponsor is registered under the laws of the United States with headquarters in California. The California courts (state & federal) shall have sole jurisdiction of any controversies regarding the contest and the laws of the state of California shall govern the same. Each entrant waives any and all objections to jurisdiction and hereby irrevocably submits to the venue of those courts within the state of California.
