- 1.5 cup mango frozen
- 1 cup low fat greek yogurt
- ½ cup Vanilla Protein Shake
- 1 pinch cardamom powder (optional)
- Saffron to garnish (optional)
- Put mango, yogurt, protein shake, and cardamom into a blender and blend until smooth. Adjust the consistency to your taste by adding water or blend in some ice cubes.
- Pour mango lassi in serving glasses. Garnish with saffron and/or pistachios.
