Mango Lassi


  • 1.5 cup mango frozen
  • 1 cup low fat greek yogurt
  • ½ cup Vanilla Protein Shake
  • 1 pinch cardamom powder (optional)
  • Saffron to garnish (optional)


  1. Put mango, yogurt, protein shake, and cardamom into a blender and blend until smooth. Adjust the consistency to your taste by adding water or blend in some ice cubes.
  2. Pour mango lassi in serving glasses. Garnish with saffron and/or pistachios.
