Maple Pecan Overnight Oats


  • ¼ cup old fashioned oats
  • ¼ cup plain greek yogurt
  • ½ cup Maple Protein Shake with Oats
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • ¼ cup finely chopped apples
  • ¼ cup finely chopped pecans
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon


  1. Place all ingredients into a sealable cup or jar. Shake.
  2. Leave in the fridge overnight.
  3. In the morning, lightly stir the mixture and top with additional apples, pecans, maple syrup or cinnamon if desired.
