Chocolate Hazelnut Protein Balls

  • 1 cup almonds
  • 16 dates, pitted
  • 1 1/2 tsp cacao powder
  • 1/4 cup Chocolate Hazelnut Protein Shake with Oats
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • Pinch of cloves, nutmeg, allspice, salt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract


  1. In a food processor, pulse almonds, but not too finely. Add your remaining ingredients and pulse until it becomes sticky dough. If the mixture is too dry, add a teaspoon of protein shake. Roll mixture into small balls.
