Bikini Body Banana Bread

Ingredients

Makes approximately 8 servings
  • 2 scoop of Premier Protein® Chocolate Powder
  • 1 ¼ cups of oat flour
  • 3 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup granulated sugar OR ¼ cup honey
  • ½ cup walnuts
  • 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 3 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 2 large egg whites
  • ½ cup unsweetened apple sauce
  • 3 over-ripe bananas, mashed
  • ¼ cup milk or milk substitute (soy or almond milk)

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350°F
  2. Mix chocolate protein powder, oat flour, cinnamon, sugar OR honey, walnuts, baking powder and baking soda
  3. In a separate bowl, mix vanilla extract, egg whites, apple sauce, bananas and milk
  4. Slowly mix ingredients together
  5. Spray 9″ bread dish with non-stick Pam cooking spray
  6. Bake at 350°F for 35-40 minutes
  7. Let cool for 10 minutes
