  • 1 Apple Cinnamon Protein Shake with Oats
  • ½ apple, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp of nutmeg

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and pour into glass. Enjoy!
