Bikini Body Banana Bread

Makes approximately 8 servings
2 scoop of Premier Protein® Chocolate Powder
1 ¼ cups of oat flour
3 teaspoons ground cinnamon
½ cup granulated sugar OR ¼ cup honey
½ cup walnuts
1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
3 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
2 large egg whites
½ cup unsweetened apple sauce
3 over-ripe bananas, mashed
¼ cup milk or milk substitute (soy or almond milk)

Pre-heat oven to 350°F

Mix chocolate protein powder, oat flour, cinnamon, sugar OR honey, walnuts, baking powder and baking soda

In a separate bowl, mix vanilla extract, egg whites, apple sauce, bananas and milk

Slowly mix ingredients together

Spray 9" bread dish with non-stick Pam cooking spray

Bake at 350°F for 35-40 minutes

Let cool for 10 minutes
